VW: 40 Unit New Touran Will Conduct in 2011

Jakarta - PT Garuda Mataram Motor (GMM) as the car manufacturers in Indonesiaoptimistic VW could sell the All New Touran which cost Rp 390 million of the road wasreached 40 units until the end of 2011.

"In addition we are targeting for New Touran sales reached 40 units by the end of 2011. We are not likely to head to head with competitors' lower class, because we have avehicle that promotes safety and comfort in driving," said National Sales Manager, PTGMM, Jonas Chendana disels the sidelines of the launch of the All New VW Touran inPantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta, Tuesday (07/19/2011).

Competition vehicles with increasingly stringent targets families in Indonesia's automotive industry. But VW still menmyuguhkan quality vehicles.

While with the latest models of the Touran MPV, VW believes the VW can sell as many as 800 units in 2011.

"In the first half, we were able to sell up to a 300-unit, for all variants. Whereas in 2010our total sales reached the 350-unit, and we are confident in coming out with NewTouran can reach our target of up to 800 units in 2011, "said Jonas.

At the same time the bullet-headed and bespectacled man was also added that in half-I2011, VW Golf TSI become favorite vehicles in the country.

"The first half was dominated by the TSI up to 80 percent dipenjualan us," Jonas said, smiling lid.
